Key Stage 3 - Independent Learning Task

This is an indepandent project that is carried out by all pupils in Key Stage 3. Pupils will be guided through the project but all work MUST be completed independently. This project will last for a half term and will be completed out of lesson time. It is up the each pupil to research and complete the tasks to the best of their ability. This work will be a key assessment.

  •  Think u know - Guide to internet safety and safe surfing for young people from CEOP. 

  •  Cyberbullying Information - Cyberbullying refers to bullying through information and communication technologies. Simply put – “bullying for the 21st century using email, text messages and the internet”. Recent polls have shown that one-third of teenagers have had mean, threatening or embarrassing things said about them online. This site aims to educate young people about how cyber bullying effects peoples' lives.

  •  BBC - Stay Safe - An excellent site containing lots of information, pictures, videos and games/quizzes on online safety.
